from the eternal perspective of the crustacean shrimp larvae comes the first set of ambient excursions by prunk möbel. phase shifting rhythms, simple loops of wollen bass and lushly chorused synths, topped with repetative näive melody lines - everything slightly sliding in and out of sync.
prunk möbel refers to it as a first phase, or "teen-exoskeleton," of exploration, the title anticipating more to come in uncertain forms and figures:
"Crustaceans may pass through a number of larval and immature stages between hatching from their eggs and reaching their adult form (…) The larvae of crustaceans often bear little resemblance to the adult, and there are still cases where it is not known what larvae will grow into what adults."
